UNSUNG HEROES | March 10
Each week I'll recognize some sensational but unsung performances...
Chris Kaman, Central Michigan -- Kaman, the Chippewas' 7-footer, has been the big man on campus. He scored 39 more on Saturday against Ball State.
Brady Merchant, Harvard -- Merchant scored 45 points Saturday, including nine trifectas, but it wasn't enough as Brown set a school record for Ivy League wins by beating the Crimson.
Jose Juan Barea, Northeastern -- Barea has been a big factor in the America East. He had 38 points in a win over Maine on Sunday in the conference quarterfinals.
B.J. Pratt, Denver -- B.J. had 34 points in a Sun Belt tournament win over Arkansas State on Friday.
Nick Moore, Toledo -- Moore scored 38 points, hitting 14-of-16 shots, including 6-of-7 3-pointers, against Ball State on Wednesday.
Attarius Norwood, Mississippi Valley State -- Attarius State scored 37 points (including nine trifectas) in a loss to Grambling last week.
