SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Shannon Johnson scored 19 points and had 12 assists to lead the Orlando Miracle to an 88-80 victory over the Utah Starzz on Tuesday night. Johnson hit a 3-pointer to tie it at 70 with 5:07 left, then came up with a steal, a driving layup and a free throw to give the Miracle (5-3) a 73-70 lead with 4:31 remaining. Orlando, which outscored the Starzz (3-5) 30-13 in the final 9:22, never trailed again. Nykesha Sales scored 18 points Taj McWilliams added 17, Cintia dos Santos 14 and Adrienne Johnson 10 for the Miracle. The Starzz, who led 47-42 at halftime, were led by Natalie Williams with 19 points and 14 rebounds. Adrienne Goodson added 17 points and Margo Dydek 13 points, eight rebounds and seven blocks.
