FOXBORO, Mass. (AP) -- Ansil Elcock scored the deciding goal of a shootout Saturday night as the Columbus Crew defeated the New England Revolution 1-0. Jeff Cunningham, Stern John and Robert Warzycha also converted in the 4-1 shootout for the Crew, while Joe-Max Moore found the net for New England. Neither team scored in regulation. Columbus is 17-11 while New England (10-19) has won just twice since the All-Star break. The Revolution are trying for the fourth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference and are fifth, one point behind Miami, which plays San Jose on Sunday.
