NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) _ Drake Berehowsky had a goal and two assists as the Nashville Predators defeated the Atlanta Thrashers 4-1 Tuesday in an NHL exhibition game.

Mark Mowers scored on a wrist shot over Thrashers goalie Milan Hnilicka's stick just 56 seconds into the game. Nashville's Greg Classen made it 2-0 with his third preseason goal.

After Atlanta's Steven Guolla made it 2-1, Berehowsky connected late in the second period. Scott Walker also scored for the Predators, who had three power-play goals for the second game in a row.

The Thrashers went 0-for-9 with the man advantage.
