Notes
All-Southwestern Athletic Conference return specialist in 1998 and '99. Led Division I-AA in kickoff-return average in '98 with a 36.3-yard average. Returned 11 kickoffs for 399 yards and one TD and 33 punts for 509 yards (15.4-yard average) and a score in '98. Also played some receiver, catching three passes for 88 yards and one TD. Had 17 kickoff returns for 362 yards (21.3) and 14 punt returns for 189 yards (13.5) and two scores in '99. Played tailback, slotback and wide receiver in addition to his kick-returning duties.

Positives
Excellent athlete. Superquick. Very elusive. Dodges, darts, twists, hurdles and jukes to get free. Very competitive. Has a big heart.

Negatives
Tiny. Marginal size for any position on the field. May get beaten up returning kickoffs at his size. Is not an accomplished receiver or running back. Does not have great long speed and will get caught from behind at times. Is not as sure-handed as scouts would like.

Summary
A top free agent or seventh-round pick for a team that is looking for a punt returner. This player's ability to make people miss and his competitiveness are really admirable, but he is tiny.
