What the Grizzlies need most -- a veteran leader -- they won't find in the lottery. Vancouver doesn't really need another lottery pick, so don't be surprised if the Grizzlies try to deal the No. 2 choice for a few experienced players who can contribute now. The young backcourt of Mike Bibby and Felipe Lopez has loads of potential, so if they keep the pick, the Grizzlies most likely will look for help up front.
