One of the NBA's fast-risers, the Sixers are one of the most energetic teams in the league. Without a first-round pick, this team won't change much unless a free agent comes in. Instead, the Sixers should look for a shooting guard or small forward with good touch from the outside -- Philadelphia had the league's worst 3-point shooting (26.4 percent).
