Denver will immediately fill a need when Raef LaFrentz rejoins the team after an injury sidelined the promising rookie 12 games into last season. With him, Antonio McDyess and Danny Fortson, the Nuggets have a multi-faceted front line. The Nuggets could use a shooter -- of the players who attempted significant 3-pointers last season, Eric Washington was the most accurate at just 39.4 percent. This is a young team, and it should probably look to the free-agent market rather than the draft for the next piece to the puzzle. However, if Nick Van Exel leaves via free agency, there will be a huge void at point guard.
