ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- Darrell Armstrong and Monty Williams keyed a crucial third-quarter run that led the Orlando Magic to a 108-87 win over the Chicago Bulls on Saturday night. The Magic broke open a 66-64 contest with a 15-5 run midway through the third quarter, with Armstrong and Williams combining for 13 of those points. Armstrong and Williams each scored 16 points for Orlando. Rookie Corey Maggette Michael Doleac and Pat Garrity also had 16 points apiece. Chicago's rookies led the way for the Bulls, with Ron Artest leading all scorers with 20 points. Elton Brand added 16 points and 10 rebounds. The two teams burned it up from the field in the opening half, with Orlando shooting 58 percent and the Bulls knocking down 52.5 percent of their shots. Initially, the Bulls hung in by hitting seven of their first 10 3-point attempts, but eventually cooled, missing their last eight from behind the arc. In addition to his best scoring output, Maggette tied his best with eight rebounds. Game notesArmstrong, who led the Magic with eight assists, hit on all four of his free throw attempts, stretching his consecutive free throws made streak to 47. ... With its 52 first half points, Chicago was on pace to score 100 points for the first time this season. ... Orlando was without sixth man Chris Gatling, who has the flu. ... Chicago was without leading scorer Toni Kukoc, who has missed 13 games with back spasms, and Hersey Hawkins (left calf strain). ...
