TORONTO (AP) -- Isaiah Rider had 23 points, eight rebounds and eight assists as the Atlanta Hawks continued their dominance of the Toronto Raptors with a 107-89 victory on Tuesday night. Jim Jackson had 15 points, and Alan Henderson added 13 points and 10 rebounds for Atlanta, which has won 15 of 16 games against Toronto. Dikembe Mutombo, who had 17 points and 17 rebounds Saturday against Boston, had 10 points and 11 rebounds against the Raptors. Antonio Davis had 16 points and 12 rebounds for the Raptors, who were coming off an impressive 3-2 West Coast trip that included wins over the Lakers and Jazz. Vince Carter added 14 points for Toronto, which is 0-8 at home against the Hawks. Atlanta outshot Toronto 54 percent to 38 percent. The Hawks made 15 of their first 23 shots and led 36-23 after the first quarter. They led by as many as 24 points in the third period. Game notesThe Raptors began a franchise-record, seven-game homestand. ... Although the fifth-year Raptors are in first place in the Central Division and off to their best start ever at 9-6, they haven't sold out any of their seven home games. ...
