TORONTO (AP) -- Vince Carter went to the line the same number of times as the entire Orlando team, and Magic coach Doc Rivers noticed. Carter scored 30 points, including 18 of Toronto's 20 points in the third quarter, and the Raptors won for the 10th time in 11 games with a 95-91 victory Friday night over Orlando. Toronto's top player went 9-of-13 at the free-throw line for the game, while the Magic were 7-of-13. The referees "may as well as been wearing Raptors jerseys and cheering for Vince Carter," Rivers said. "The bottom line is we have a bunch of guys with no names. John Amaechi gets bumped -- no foul. Vince Carter gets bumped -- foul." Toronto coach Butch Carter said he could empathize. "If he had Vince Carter and I had one of his guys I'd say his chances of winning the game would improve," Butch Carter said. "But it's not going to be fair for Doc. When you are a young coach in this league you can't ask for nothing, and that's what I learned in my first year." Orlando failed to take advantage of its trips to the line. The Magic trailed 91-90 with 10 seconds remaining when Amaechi went to the line and missed two free throws. Doug Christie, who had 22 points and seven assists, then converted both of his free throws to give Toronto a 93-90 lead with 6.1 seconds remaining. Charles Oakley's two free throws with 2.1 seconds remaining gave Toronto a 95-91 lead. "Amaechi gets a rebound near the end of the game. The Raptors clearly go over his back -- no foul," Rivers said. "I'm not taking anything away from Vince Carter -- he's a great player -- but John should get that call." The Raptors went on a late 12-2 run down the stretch to lead by six, but Orlando's Pat Garrity made a 3-pointer, Chucky Atkins had a layup and Amaechi had a tip-in as the Magic took a one point lead with 1:40 left. After Tracy McGrady missed a mid-range jumper, Kevin Willis grabbed an offensive rebound and then layed it in to give the Raptors a 91-90 lead with 43 seconds remaining. Following a wide-open miss by Orlando's Ron Mercer, Oakley fouled Amaechi, who missed the two crucial his free throws. "He missed his two free throws, we capitalized and made ours," Willis said. Atkins and Ben Wallace led Orlando with 14 points each. McGrady had 11 points and 13 rebounds for Toronto. "We are executing at the end of the game and playing together," Vince Carter said.
