GAME LOG
DENVER (Ticker) -- The game between the St. Louis Cardinals and Colorado Rockies was postponed due to snow and will be made up as part of a day-night doubleheader on Sunday. The first game will begin at 3:05 p.m. EDT and the nightcap at 8:05 p.m. Pat Hentgen (2-0) of the Cardinals and Rolando Arrojo of the Rockies (1-0), today's scheduled starters, will pitch the first game. They did not get a chance to warm up as snow blanketed the warning track at Coors Field, prompting umpires to call the game following a 25-minute delay. Cards righthander Garrett Stephenson (2-0) and Colorado lefthander Brian Bohanon (0-1), Sunday's scheduled starters, will face each other in Game Two. The forecast calls for sunny skies and temperature in the 60s. Colorado posted a 6-2 victory in Friday's series opener. St. Louis, which again played without injured slugger Mark McGwire, suffered its third straight loss following a 7-1 start. McGwire is being treated for a bad back in St. Louis and will be re-evaluated Monday. He has been sidelined since Wednesday.
