SCOTTSDALE, Arizona (Ticker) -- Jay Canizaro went 4-for-4 with a home run and two RBI and Jeff Kent also homered as a split squad of San Francisco Giants rallied for a 9-4 Cactus League victory over the Seattle Mariners. Canizaro also had two doubles and a stolen base for the Giants, who scored five times in the sixth inning for an 8-4 lead. Ramon Martinez delivered the big hit in the sixth, a two-run double. Ryan Jensen got the win in relief, despite allowing two runs and six hits in three innings. Starter Aaron Fultz was reached for two runs and five hits in his three-inning stint. Mike Cameron was 4-for-4 with a double, triple and two stolen bases for the Mariners. Alex Rodriguez chipped in two hits, including a solo homer. Seattle starter Brett Tomko worked four innings, yielding three runs and five hits with a walk and six strikeouts. He was followed by Pat Ahearne, who surrendered four runs while retiring only three of the seven batters he faced.
