Hole 12
No. 12
Par 3, 155 yards
The skinny: The narrow, canted green is guarded in front by Rae's Creek. Sand shot from bunker in back of green, toward the creek, is one of the most intimidating in golf. The last two Masters champions saved par from there.

Andy North's analysis: This is one of the most famous par-3s of all time. The wind swirls on this hole more than any I've ever played. If you get lucky and guess the wind right, you can hit a short enough shot to get birdie. Then again, even if you think you hit the perfect shot, the ball could either go in the water or over the green. It's the scariest, most basic-looking shot you'll play all year, particularly under pressure.
