 TUCSON, Arizona (Ticker) -- Elizabeth Pickney scored 21 points on 10-of-13 shooting, leading 14th-ranked Arizona to its sixth straight win, an 81-52 Pac-10 Conference rout of reeling Washington State. Pickney also had seven rebounds for the Wildcats (20-3, 9-2 Pac-10), who remained atop the conference. Arizona also got 10 points from reserve Monika Crank and nine and eight rebounds from Tatum Brown. The Wildcats shot 43 percent (30-of-70) from the field, forced 29 turnovers and had a 41-31 rebounding advantage. Yvonne Volkman, Jennifer Kerns and reserve Alison Eldridge had eight points apiece to lead Washington State (4-17, 1-10), which has lost 12 of its last 13 games. The Cougars shot 40 percent (21-of-52) but went to the foul line only seven times.
