Williams agrees with Capriati

NEW YORK -- Jennifer Capriati says that Richard Williams has no class. Williams' response: she's absolutely right.

In the latest edition of Inside Tennis, Williams said, "Jennifer just doesn't listen to her dad well enough. That guy really knows the game. If Jennifer stopped and listened to him and stopped acting ignorant, cursing on the court, she'd be all right."

Williams is the father of Serena and Venus, both heated rivals of Capriati's. Serena, Venus and Capriati are widely considered to be the top three women's singles players in the world.

Responding to Williams' comments that she does not listen to her own father enough, Capriati said that his remarks were "ignorant" and that he showed "no class."

"She's right," Williams told the New York Post on Wednesday. "I don't have class. What do I need class for? I'd rather have no class and have money than having class and no money. Which would you take if you had a chance?"

"I wasn't talking about just Jennifer," Williams continued. "That goes for anybody. Everybody should always listen to their parents. I love that family and I love Jennifer."
