118. CHICAGO BLACKHAWKS (Last Year: NA)
Only six of Chicago's home games will have been on TV by the end of this season; owner William Wirtz believes such broadcasts negatively affect ticket sales. With average attendance at the United Center (12,771) at barely 62% of capacity, maybe Dollar Bill should remove his games from the radio, too. Fans who do show up - in support of a team with the longest Stanley Cup drought in the NHL (46 years and counting) - get to watch an anemic offense (tied for fewest goals in the league) and leave with some pretty anemic giveaways (ice scraper, anyone?).
