He began rebuilding by making history at the draft, choosing Boston University goaltender Rick DiPietro with the No. 1 pick -- the first time in league history that a netminder has been taken first overall. Then, Milbury stunned everyone by sending his other goaltender of the future -- Roberto Luongo -- to Florida along with center Olli Jokinen in exchange for forwards Mark Parrish and Oleg Kvasha. Milbury then acquired veteran John Vanbiesbrouck from the Flyers to help ease DiPietro's transition from college to the pros. Kevin Weekes? Why, he's been dealt too. Question: Will offense be better? Some surprises to look for in training camp include center Jason Krog and left wing Taylor Pyatt. Pyatt is only 19, but the goal-starved Isles are going to give him a good shot to make the club in camp. He scored 40 goals in 68 games for Sudbury of the OHL last season.
