Week 11 infirmary report

Player What ails him When he'll be back
Antonio Freeman
Wide receiver
Packers
Left the Packers' 27-19 victory over the Lions after suffering a concussion. Freeman left the game without a catch and did not return, meaning his streak of 44 consecutive games, including playoff games, with at least one reception, ended on Sunday. Status uncertain for next Monday night's game against the 49ers.
Kent Graham
Quarterback
Giants
Suffered a concussion on a hit by Marco Coleman in the second quarter of the Giants' 23-13 loss to the Redskins. Status uncertain for next Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
Billy Joe Tolliver
Quarterback
Saints
Left Sunday night's game at Jacksonville in the third quarter after taking a hit to his left knee. Jaguars LB Brant Boyer came in untouched and tackled Tolliver low. Tolliver will be out at least a week for rehabilitation, after which he will be re-evaluated
Chris Miller
Quarterback
Broncos
Miller described his injury as getting "dinged" in the head, stopping short of calling it a concussion. He said he has done well on tests done on him Tuesday and would continue to be looked at by team doctors, but that he expected that he would be fine.
Keenan McCardell
Wide receiver
Jaguars
Suffered a deep thigh bruise in Sunday night's game against the Saints. The injury will make him day-to-day in practices leading to next weekend's game against Baltimore.
Kevin Smith
Cornerback
Cowboys
Left with a strained right hamstring in the first quarter. No determination has been made about whether Smith will play in Thursday's game with Miami. A Cowboys spokesman described Smith's status as day to day.
Mark Bruener
Tight end
Steelers
Sustained a concussion during the second quarter of the Steelers' 16-10 loss to the Titans. Status uncertain for next Sunday's game against the Bengals.
Damon Huard
Quarterback
Dolphins
ESPN's Hank Goldberg reports that Huard had his nose bloodied during the Dolphins' 27-17 victory over the Patriots, but it was bleeding so badly the team couldn't X-ray it to determine whether it was broken. Huard will be further examined Monday. Huard said he hopes to play Thanksgiving Day at Dallas. However, Dan Marino has been cleared to return to practice, and coach Jimmy Johnson indicated that Huard and Marino would split snaps in this week's workouts, and the team's starter would be determined just before game time.
Peter Boulware
Linebacker
Ravens
Dislocated his troublesome right shoulder in the Ravens' 34-31 victory at Cincinnati. Boulware also dislocated the shoulder two weeks ago in Cleveland. He is scheduled to be examined by a doctor Tuesday. A Raven's source indicates, pending the doctor's clearance, the decision will be Boulware's to make.
Terrance Shaw
Cornerback
Chargers
Suffered a sprained left knee on the fifth play of the Chargers' 23-20 loss to the Bears. Status uncertain for next Sunday's game against the Vikings.
Ricky Proehl
Wide receiver
Rams
Suffered a separated right shoulder in the Rams' 23-7 victory over the 49ers. There was no immediate word from the team on how long he would be sidelined.
Ross Verba
Offensive linemen
Packers
Suffered a knee injury in the Packers' victory over the Lions. Sources tell ESPN's Ed Werder that Verba is believed to have suffered a torn ACL and could be out for the season. He will be re-examined Monday.
Louie Aguiar
Punter
Packers
Suffered a strained groin. Status uncertain for next Sunday's game against the 49ers.
John Jurkovic
Defensive tackle
Browns
Suffered a strained hamstring during the Browns' 31-17 loss to the Panthers. He was placed on the injured list Tuesday and will be sidelined for the rest of the season
Norman Hand
Defensive tackle
Chargers
Suffered a sprained right hamstring. Status uncertain for next Sunday's game against the Vikings.
A.J. Ofodile
Tight end
Ravens
Partially tore ligaments in his knee. He is questionable for Sunday's game vs. Jacksonville.
Ryan Young
