First round: Defeated Vermont, 65-60

Second round: Lost to Texas Tech, 76-59

After opening the season with 14 consecutive wins, favored Tulane let a few crucial games get away and Marquette stole away the regular-season Conference USA title. The Green Wave, however, made amends in the postseason, rolling over the competition en route to their second consecutive C-USA tournament title. Senior Grace Daley, who ranks eighth in the country with a 21.3 scoring average, has been incredible, as has teammate Janell Burse, a junior center who scored 34 points and grabbed a school-record tying 21 rebounds in a game in mid-February. When the two are on, they're nearly unstoppable, as seen in the C-USA title game when they combined for 40 points in a 73-70 victory over UAB. An off night by either one, however, could mean a short stay for Tulane in its sixth consecutive trip to the Big Dance.
