	Stacy Frese and Iowa State won the Big 12 tournament title. But if you think that win from almost exactly a year ago is the height of Frese's career, think again.

When asked to recount her most memorable moment on the court, the senior guard picked a moment from high school.

"My senior year in high school we won the state championship on a last-second shot by one point," Frese responded. "It was the best feeling in the world to charge the court in triumph."

How did you get started playing basketball? I started playing basketball in third grade for a local AAU team and on boys' YMCA teams because at the time they did not have girl's teams. I also had four older sisters and brothers who played. Being the youngest, I of course wanted to do everything they did!

Do you have any pregame rituals? I have many. I do the same thing before every game. I always eat a bowl of Raisin Bran. I war four ponytail holders in my hair. I listen to Rocky music. Megan Taylor and I put on Flex-All 454 before every game and we go out and do the same shooting routine before every game.

Who is the best player you've ever faced? I would say Georgia's Kelly Miller because she competed harder and with more heart and determination than anyone else.

Which player -- man or woman -- would you most like to take one-on-one? Jennifer Azzi, because she has always been the player that I most look up to.

Person you'd most like to meet? Jennifer Azzi, just to see what type of personality she really has.

Tell us something we don't know about you: I am very shy off the court.
