NEW HAVEN, Connecticut (Ticker) -- Eric Johnson capped a record receiving day with a four-yard touchdown catch with 29 seconds left as Yale clinched a share of the Ivy League title with a thrilling 24-21 victory over Harvard in the 116th installment of "The Game."

In the latest chapter of one of the sport's best rivalries, Johnson capped a nine-play, 58-yard drive by hauling in a tipped pass for the game-winner.

The catch was Johnson's 21st of the game, a new Ivy League record. His 244 receiving yards were a school record and fifth all-time in the conference.

Joe Walland completed 42-of-67 passes for 437 yards for Yale (9-1, 6-1 Ivy), which amassed 487 yards of offense.

Brad Wilford was 13-of-28 for 143 yards and a touchdown for Harvard (5-5, 3-4). Troy Jones added 59 yards rushing and had scores on the ground and through the air.

Andy Tuzzolino spearheaded the Bulldogs defensive attack with eight tackles, including a pair of sacks.

Only Lehigh-Lafayette and Princeton-Yale have played more than Yale and Harvard, which drew 52,484 fans to the Yale Bowl. The Elis have defeated Harvard in consecutive years and lead the all-time series, 63-45-8.
