LEWISBURG, Pa. (AP) _ Ronald Jean set a Patriot League record with 370 all-purpose yards and scored five touchdowns to lead Lehigh to a 48-27 victory over Bucknell on Saturday.

Jean scored on runs of nine, two and four yards to set the league record for single-season rushing touchdowns with 23. He surpassed the previous mark of 21 set by Colgate's Kenny Gamble in 1986.

Jean broke several tackles en route to a 95-yard touchdown run late in the first quarter that cut the early Bison lead to 14-10.

He also caught a 40-yard TD pass with 3:39 remaining in the half as the Mountain Hawks, ranked 16th in Division I-AA, took a 24-20 lead into the locker room.

Lehigh (9-1, 4-1) took control of the game for good at the end of the third quarter, scoring 17 unanswered points in under five minutes. Jean scored from the two, kicker Jaron Taaffe booted a 44-yard-field goal and Brendan Moore had a 37-yard interception return for a touchdown.

Jean, who rushed for 105 yards on 21 carries, added a late score on a four-yard run.
