HANOVER, N.H. (AP) _ Ronald Jean rushed for two touchdowns and Phil Stambaugh, the top-ranked quarterback in Division 1-AA, threw for another as Lehigh ran its regular season unbeaten streak to 17 with a 30-14 victory Saturday over winless Dartmouth. Jaron Taaffe had field goals of 25, 36 and 28 yards plus three extra points for the visiting Mountain Hawks (5-0), who had been averaging 50 points a game. Dartmouth (0-4) in the midst of the longest losing streak in its 118-season history, dropped its ninth straight. Brian Mann threw for Dartmouth's two touchdowns _ 5 yards to Matt Bunn and 16 yards to Matt Davis with 1:58 left in the game. Dartmouth was stopped on one drive in the third quarter after a first down at the Lehigh 2. Jean, who gained 121 yards on 30 carries, scored the games' first touchdown when he circled right end from the 5 with 10:07 gone in the first period. He punched over another TD on a 1-yard run in the third quarter. Stambaugh, who came into the game completing 77.2 percent of his passes, completed 35 of 44 aerials for 313 yards, including a 6-yard TD throw to Kody Fedorcha, who outleaped a defender in the corner of the end zone. He also was intercepted once and tackled in the end zone for a third period safety.
