Randolph Childress
After leading Wake Forest in 1995 to its first ACC Tournament title in over 30 years, Childress was drafted by the Pistons in the first round. He was almost immediately traded to the Blazers. He then was traded back to the Pistons before landing outside the NBA. He had a solid career in Turkey and now plays for Napoli in Italy.
-- Dave Sampsell, Minneapolis, Minn
The Wake Forest star is now playing in the second division of the Italian League. He played a couple of seasons in the NBA, but never received a real chance. He has been playing all over Europe ever since.
-- Alexi Surette, Winston-Salem, N.C.
I'm not sure exactly where, but Randolph Childress is playing somewhere here it Italy. He's been in my office here in Naples, twice.
-- Jose Herrera, Naples, Italy
Rumeal Robinson
Plays for the "EA Sports" California Southeast All-Stars. That squad played Kentucky in a preseason game at Rupp Arena on November 2nd with Robinson scoring 12 points in a 98-82 loss.
-- Brian Milam, Hazard, Ky.
Playing for the California All Stars. I saw him play in Manhattan, Kan., on Nov. 14 against Kansas State. He scored 14 points against the Wildcats. Curtis Staples, the lights-out shooter for Virginia a few years ago, was also on this team. He scored 22 points which included five three pointers. He can still stroke it from long range.
-- Nathan Winter, Kansas
I saw Rumeal Robinson play this year for the California All Stars. The exhibition team that travels around playing all the college boys. I can tell you one thing he can still play.
Brian, Wyoming Ohio
Ed Cota
He led the Tar Heels to a Final Four in 1999-00 and 1998-1999 seasons. He broke the NCAA assist record previously held by Bobby Hurley. Was undrafted by the NBA. Now plays for the EA Sports All Stars (traveling team).
-- Chris Ulmer, St. Peters Mo
Chris Carrawell
The 2000 ACC player of the year is now playing professional basketball in Sicily, Italy. Since he arrived in Italy last month, his team is 3-1 and he is averaging about 17 ppg. His coach says that he is a very solid defensive player, still young, but he can have a solid future in Europe, unless he wants to try in the NBA. He is playing with Scooter Barry. Miles Simon is playing in Italy too now.
-- Renato Calvi, Latina, Italy
Victor Page
Victor Page, who left Georgetown (under John Thompson) after his sophomore year, has played ever since for the Sioux City SkyForce. He was MVP of the Big East tourney his freshman year (Allen Iverson was his teammate) and the high scorer in the Big East his sophomore year. But he was not drafted, and ended up in Sioux City!
Elliot Harvey, Winchendon, Mass.
Wayne Turner
The point guard during the University of Kentucky's late 90's streak of championship teams did play for the Cincinnati Stuff, and is now a Harlem Globetrotter.
-- Donald Mason, Lexington, Ky.
Walter Berry
Former St. John's star started the season in Greece and now he's playing for Sicc Jesi in Italian A2 League.

-- Antonio Navas, Rubí (Barcelona, Spain)
Rashard Griffith
Formerly of Wisconsin and the Bucks, has been playing in Israel up until last season with the Tel-Aviv team.
-- Andrew Lederer, Madison, Wis.
Andre Woolridge
The third team All-American, first-team Big 10 two seasons, and Iowa career assist leader and first player to ever lead Big 10 in assists (6.0 apg) and scoring (20.2 ppg) in a season went surprisingly undrafted. He has left the French league after playing point guard with the Le Mans team in the "Pro A" league.
Patrick Ritter, Waterloo, Iowa
A potential Big Ten MVP, who then lost to Bobby Jackson of the Golden Gophers. After not getting drafted he went to Turkey, and last year ended up on the Nuggets Summer team.
-- Jeremy C., Chicago
Rodney Monroe
I found Rodney Monroe, of the N.C. State Wolfpack, in Italy. He plays for a team called Banca Marche Fabriano Leverets. Rodney Monroe, you recall, formed the "Fire and Ice" pair with Chris Corchiani who for a short while held the NCAA career assists record until overtaken by (Bobby) Hurley. He closely edged out Christian Laettner for ACC POY in 1991. In hindsight, that was either some feat or a total embarrassment to the voters.
-- Henry Hirose, Tokyo, Japan
God Shammgod
"I saw former Providence star God Shammgod playing for the LaCrosse Bobcats in Hartford, Ct., last year against the Connecticut Pride. Also featured in that game was Donny Marshall, who was playing with the Pride.
-- Jared Rucci, Boston, Mass.
Randy Rutherford
He was the best 3-point shooter in Oklahoma State history, helping to lead OSU to the 1995 NCAA Final Four. He holds the record for most 3-point shots made and attempted in a season for the old Big 8 Conference and lit up Kansas with 46 points during his senior year. Rutherford is averaging 18.5 points for Brisbane in the Australian National Basketball League.
-- Dennis Whiteman, Stillwater, Okla.
Doug Smith
Doug Smith, the former University of Missouri star, went from being drafted in the NBA and playing for the Dallas Mavericks to playing for the St. Louis Swarm in the IBL. He's joined by Lazarus Sims from Syracuse and Byron Houston from Oklahoma State.
-- Brandon Boyd, St. Louis, Mo.
Exree Hipp
Exree Hipp has been playing for the Globetrotters after graduating from Maryland, in fact there are many former college stars on the Globetrotters.
-- Marc Sushner, Potomac, Md.
Bison Dele, Harold Arceneaux, Mark Dickel
I live in Fremantle, West Australia. Bison Dele seems to have moved here. My friends and I see him all the time around town. I think he might even live near my office as he is always around. Harold Arceneaux was in our national league earlier in the year but was cut in favour of ex-UNLV point guard Mark Dickel, a New Zealander.
-- Al Monson, Fremantle, West Australia
