The Huskies got to cut the nets down last season, but it will be a tougher road this time around. Without Richard Hamilton, UConn has lost its scorer and leader, and the Huskies have struggled to fill his shoes.

But the Huskies still have point guard and playmaker Khalid El-Amin, and he has the tendency to come through in the clutch. The only thing tougher than winning the NCAA Tournament? Winning it again.

(A) Khalid El-Amin (42) is the Huskies' leader, and he has the ability to make plays and find his teammates in position to score -- not to mention score himself.
(B) Big man Jake Voskuhl (43) pops up top to get the pass, and he surveys the floor for the open man. This time he swings it around the perimeter to Albert Mouring (23).
(C) El-Amin (42) gets a pair of screens from Kevin Freeman (33) and Voskuhl (43) on his way back to the top of the key.
(D) Those big screens create the space El-Amin needs, and he's able to catch and shoot and torch the net.
