HOUSTON (AP) _ Walt Williams had 20 points and 11 rebounds and Shandon Anderson scored 20 points Tuesday night to lead the Houston Rockets to a 121-86 rout of the Golden State Warriors.

Houston, which has won three of its last four games, got 18 points and nine rebounds from Kelvin Cato and 15 points and eight rebounds from Steve Francis. Cuttino Mobley added 16 points and Matt Bullard 10.

It was the Rockets' second straight rout of an also-ran team after ripping Chicago 123-78 on Sunday.

Golden State, which has lost six straight, including four in a row on the road, was led by Larry Hughes' 22 points. Mookie Blaylock added 14, Vonteego Cummings 12 and Jason Caffey 11.

The teams traded baskets for six minutes before Houston went on a 12-0 run. The Rockets led 32-19 at the end of the opening quarter and stretched its lead to as many as 29 points in the second period. Houston led 64-39 at the half.

That lead reached 32 points in the third quarter before Golden State put on a modest rally to close it to 23 twice. They didn't get closer than 25 after that as Houston's lead expanded to as many as 37.

Notes: With 9:04 left in the second quarter, Carlos Rogers left the game with a cut on his jaw. He later received stitches and did not return. ... Donyell Marshall left the game at the end of the third quarter after being hit in the nose. ... Steve Francis is on track to become only the seventh rookie in NBA history to average 15 points, five rebounds and five assists a game. The others were Oscar Robertson, Alvan Adams, Magic Johnson, Penny Hardaway and Grant Hill. ... Marshall is the first Warrior to average a double-double in points and rebounds (14.2/10.0) since current Houston assistant Larry Smith did it in 1984-85.
