Credentials: Two-time All-American left-handed pitcher Cat Osterman was one of 18 players named to represent the United States at the 2003 Pan American Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, USA Softball announced June 16. Osterman led the nation in ERA at 0.38 and strikeouts per seven innings at 14.1 while anchoring the nation's best pitching staff with a 0.61 ERA.
