The magical recruiting touch of Florida coach Billy Donovan just keeps rolling on, baby! He's a master communicator who can sell the Gators program.

Then again, look what he has to offer -- the style of play is exciting to a potential recruit. Kids love that run, press and shoot style. They love the enthusiasm he brings to the game. It's the type of style many kids play on the playground. That fast-paced action is also seen in lots of high school all-star games.
Then, look at Florida's basketball facilities. Words don't do them justice. They are unique and special. Also, there's the program's visibility in the high-profile SEC. Billy the Kid can flat-out sell! He has a great product to sell to youngsters across this nation.
Hey, wait a minute. Donovan isn't just selling to players across America. Now he's having success overseas. Donovan received great news when 6-foot-8 Danish phenom Christian Drejer recently accepted a scholarship to play at Florida.
How good is the versatile Drejer? He played guard for the Danish national team and was the Danish League player of the year (averaging 31.6 ppg). Many insiders claim that Drejer would have been an NBA first-round selection if he had made himself available.
Drejer reportedly turned down big bucks from pro teams because he wanted to go to Florida. He will be eligible to play this season, adding another major weapon to the Gators' lineup. Donovan could potentially go with a three-guard alignment, using Brett Nelson and Justin Hamilton with Drejer at the wing. With Matt Bonner and David Lee inside, this is a solid unit.
Florida's bench also will have threats -- James White and star recruit Anthony Roberson could form a super seven. Donovan has confidence in his other recruits, too.
Drejer can stroke the jumper and contribute right away. The Gators have struck gold, and when you can do that over the summer, you're living in the fast lane, baby! Billy the Kid proves year in and year out that he's one of the premier recruiters in college basketball.
