Williams keys big comeback

Keep an eye on this PTPer for the Illini. He made big play after big play in helping Illinois come back from a 21-point deficit to beat an aggressive and talented Seton Hall Pirates team.

Frank Williams
Point guard Frank Williams (30) is rising to the occasion for Illinois.

It looked like blowout city until Frankie took over from the perimeter.

He made clutch shots, and now he'll have to have his game intact as he hooks up with Jason Gardner and Arizona this weekend. The Wildcats will be hungry after stumbling early due to adversity.

Williams has been battle-tested already, facing the likes of Arizona in Maui and Jason Williams of Duke.

Frankie was Mr. Basketball in Illinois, a McDonald's All-American.

He had an up-and-down first season but now he's developing into the scoring point guard that many projected when he left Peoria Manual.
